We will create a sustainable, independent Garden Center that will serve customers as well as employees by establishing a reputation for high quality products and services, as well as a uniquely engaging and supportive atmosphere for both. We will provide transitional employment experience, training, and placement for our employees, by empowering each individual to develop, realize, and apply their skills in positions of competitive employment. We will establish and maintain continuing job support for employees placed
in jobs in the local community.
